Year, make, model, engine, module type, module part number if available, and the tuning software or platform you plan to use.
Do I need to send the whole vehicle?
Most services are designed around the control module itself. We will confirm whether your application can be handled by mail-in module service before you ship anything.
Does an unlock include a performance tune?
No. An unlock allows supported tuning access. Calibration or performance tuning is a separate service unless specifically included in your quote.
Can performance shops use your service?
Yes. We can support performance shops and tuners that regularly need module unlock service. Ask about repeat-customer and volume workflows.
How do I package my module?
Use anti-static protection when practical, wrap the module securely, and ship it in a sturdy box with enough padding to prevent movement or connector damage.
